Brainspotting is a gentle, somatic process that helps people process emotions and expand their creativity and performance. While therapists use it for trauma healing, as a coach I use this to help people move past mindset blocks, old wounds and expand into possibility. Some people come to me when they feel stuck or want to step into a place of empowerment. It can also be used for performance enhancement whether you are an athlete, creative or leader.

During a session, we will begin talking about your desired outcome. Then we will find eye positions that will help you connect with your body and emotions. As you focus with the eye position, your brain and body will naturally sync to process and release stuck emotions, memories or thoughts.

I am a former therapist and brainspotting is something therapists use BUT i am a coach using brainspotting to help you move forward in your life.
